Job summary

Superior Bulk Inc. in Mesa, AZ, seeks a hands-on Shop Lead Mechanic to guide and inspire our maintenance team. You will supervise shop mechanics, prioritize work orders, perform diagnostics and repairs, and ensure safety and quality standards across all assets.

You’ll also manage inventory, schedule services, mentor staff, and communicate with dispatch to keep equipment running smoothly. CDL is preferred but not required; this role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied

At Superior Bulk, we take pride in our equipment, our people, and the work we do. We're currently looking for a Shop Lead Mechanic to oversee our maintenance team. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for someone with strong diesel mechanic experience and the ability to manage daily shop operations.

What We’re Looking For:
