Job summary

United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Shop Laborers for a manufacturing facility in Canonsburg, PA area. You will operate production equipment, assemble parts, move materials, and complete work orders in a hands-on shop environment.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Overtime may be required. Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card, and medical benefits after 60 days on assignment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read a ruler and use basic math for measurements and production tasks.
• Ability to read basic work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.
• Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and remain active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely.
• Assemble parts and move materials throughout the facility.
• Read work orders, identify needed materials, and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Assist with routine preventive maintenance.
