Qualifications

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding, particularly with aluminum.
• Ability to follow work orders and read basic drawings or blueprints.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Welding certifications or related experience are preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical tasks required in a welding shop.

Weld test:

Candidates will complete a general weld test as part of the hiring process to assess their skills and experience.
