Job summary

United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Shop Laborers for a manufacturing facility in Canonsburg, PA. You'll operate production equipment, assemble parts, move materials, and complete work orders in a hands-on shop environment.

The role is contract to permanent with a Monday–Friday shift 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Overtime may be required. Pay is $18 per hour and includes weekly pay and employee benefits after start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a ruler and perform basic measurements.
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.
• Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely.
• Assemble parts and move materials throughout the facility.
• Read work orders, identify needed materials, and complete tasks accurately.
• Assist with routine preventive maintenance.
• Keep your work area clean and follow safety procedures.
