Job summary

Workforce Services Inc. is seeking a reliable Shop Helper responsible for keeping the shop clean and organized, assisting mechanics with minor tasks, and supporting inventory and data entry efforts.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and dependable teamwork in a busy shop environment. The successful candidate will contribute to inventory control, restocking of supplies, and accurate data entry while following all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance or janitorial role preferred.
• Previous experience in Inventory Control role preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize the shop on a daily basis.
• Willing to Help out the mechanics around the shop with minor jobs, extra hand is a plus.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Parts / Inventory Room / Data entry.
