Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in maintenance capacity.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical and Manufacturing experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises Shop Hands in daily work functions.
• Conducts forklift training for Shop Hands.
• Works safely with high voltages, chemicals, mechanical assemblies.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility.
• Assist with housekeeping, materials handling, and tool tracking.
• Maintain safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Support continuous improvement and training across areas.
