Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager in providing non-supervisory direction in the service department.
• Develop apprentice and entry level technicians.
• Assist in scheduling of jobs and ensure efficient department performance.
• Provide technical assistance to service technicians and help with warranty documentation.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service quality.
