Job summary

B & B Airparts Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking a Shop Hand to support the Machining department. You will help with machine upkeep, load and move materials, gather tools, and keep work areas clean and safe.

This is a full-time, on-site role with any shift type and hourly compensation of $15.00–$17.00. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with basic hand tools and PPE.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; experience helpful but not required.
• Exposure to Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, or Manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Must be able to read and write English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Machining dept. and Machinists in the upkeep of machines and maintenance.
• Load and move materials as required.
• Gather tools needed for jobs and keep workspace organized.
