Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. in Bloomington, IL, is seeking a Shop Foreman to drive daily operations in our busy service department. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure timely and safe repairs, and maintain top customer satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to mentor colleagues. Workweek is Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm, with opportunities to grow within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school training preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Mechanical and refinishing knowledge required.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local shop team and ensure high-quality repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and supervise technicians.
• Fill in for Service Advisor when needed.
• Maintain good customer relations and communicate repair processes clearly.
