Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Foreman located in Terryville, CT. The Shop Foreman will oversee daily operations in the shop, supervise a team of workers, coordinate tasks, and ensure the maintenance and functionality of facilities and machines. Responsibilities also include ensuring that safety standards are met, maintaining quality, monitoring production and customer orders, and providing training and supervision to staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with machinery and maintenance
