Job summary

Atlantic Group is hiring a Construction Manufacturing Foreman to work onsite in the Bronx. The role supervises, coordinates, and leads plant staff, assigns work, and oversees production activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have experience in steel fabrication, rebar, or related industries, plus strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You will enforce safety regulations and maintain quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction manufacturing experience.
• Strong management skills with knowledge of union environment.
• Must pass a drug and criminal background test.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Distribute work to personnel and manage workflow and schedule to meet and maintain schedule.
• Enforce safety regulations and that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Supervise crews to obtain a top-quality product, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, commitment, teamwork and pride.
• Suggest and initiate personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, hires and training requirements.
• Relate to the public and to customers in a professional, courteous and respectful manner, appropriately responding to their complaints.
• Interact with customers, staff, and other departments as to ensure a quality product and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate all repairs with Maintenance Manager as needed.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in steel fabrication, reinforcing bar (rebar), or a related industry, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
