Standard Constructors, Inc. seeks a Foreman to lead heavy industrial civil construction crews on plant-site projects. The role emphasizes safety, supervision, and efficient management of tools, equipment, and workers to meet project specs.
The candidate will oversee field activities, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with the General Foreman. Required qualifications include at least 2 years in a foreman role and 5+ years in heavy industrial civil construction, plus a valid TWIC card.

The Foreman reports to the General Foreman and must have experience leading heavy industrial civil construction crews. Must understand all safety hazards related to the work and oversee the safe and effective operation of work-related tools and equipment. Will be required to work in an industrial facility on construction jobsite setting.
The job will primarily be on or around construction/turnaround sites in petrochemical operational units and include possible hazardous environments such as confined spaces and working at heights. Exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, irritants and smoke may occur. Special Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary to control some hazardous environments. Additional forms of PPE may be required depending on the particular project. Safety requirements must be verified and meet standards set forth by client permits, policies and procedures, and be performed in compliance with all federal, state and local laws or ordinances before work activities can begin.
