Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead day-to-day manufacturing activities at our Lansing facility. You will supervise shop-floor teams, review production schedules, assign work, and ensure materials are available to complete scheduled work.

Your leadership will drive quality, efficiency, and safety across the operation. You will manage performance, participate in daily production meetings, and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean methods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in manufacturing.
• Experience in a FDA regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members following Orchid’s talent management approach.
• Provide direction to shop-floor employees and manage performance.
• Supervise manufacturing activities to meet cost, quality, and delivery specs.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to support production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives in daily operations.
• Ensure safety, standard work, and compliance with procedures.
