Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. You will lead teams, conduct huddles, and drive Lean/5S improvements on the shop floor while coordinating with maintenance, engineering, and logistics to meet daily and shift targets.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2+ years in production/manufacturing, with strong communication in English and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

You coach through the first setups, spot a bottleneck, and jump in to keep product moving. You update the team board, call a quick huddle to review OEE and priorities, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering to clear a downtime risk. By 10:00 PM, you’ve hit the schedule, verified paperwork and data, and closed the day with a clean, safe, 5S-ready area.Your Schedule2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
