Memco Inc is seeking a Shop Floor Manager to lead daily shop operations in our industrial machining facility. You will drive throughput, mentor teams, and direct operations for parts up to 40 feet long, with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in shop floor machining.
• Experience with large-scale parts up to 40 ft in length.
• Experience running Fanuc controls.
• Demonstrated leadership of machine shop personnel and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily machine shop floor operations to maximize throughput and achieve monthly production targets.
• Guide shop personnel in machine setup, troubleshooting, and optimal run times for complex parts.
• Manage workflow and staging for large-scale components up to 40 ft long.
• Resolve technical machining bottlenecks in real time using hands-on expertise.
• Promote safety, quality control and precision across all machining processes.
