Job summary

Memco Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator/Programmer to drive high-precision production across custom industrial machining projects. You will program, set up, and operate CNC machinery with Fanuc controls and Mastercam on large-scale parts up to 40 feet long.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in setting up, operating, and programming CNC machinery.
Experience programming with Mastercam and operating Fanuc-controlled machines.
Strong ability to read drawings, blueprints, and precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery using Fanuc controls and Mastercam.
Interpret complex blueprints and CAD models to generate toolpaths for large parts.
Execute setups and machining operations for components up to 40 feet long.
Perform first-piece inspections and adjust speeds, feeds, tooling for tolerances.
Troubleshoot programming and operations on the shop floor to maximize uptime.
Collaborate with shop management to optimize workflows and production cycle times.
