Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Shop Equipment Technician to maintain heavy lifting machinery and transport equipment. You will diagnose hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems to keep our fleet safe and reliable.

You will perform complex repairs on articulating cranes, bucket trucks and forklifts, conduct preventive maintenance, complete accurate work orders, and support continuous improvements in repair workflows.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment or crane maintenance.
• Advanced proficiency in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical diagnostics.
• Demonstrated ability to perform welding tasks and utilize specialized diagnostic tools.
• Physical capability to lift 75+ lbs and perform tasks in varying environmental conditions.

• Drive equipment longevity by performing rigorous preventive maintenance and mandatory safety inspections.
