Job summary

Momenterie in Berlin is seeking a proactive Shop & CRO Manager to own and optimize our Shopify store, focusing on experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and SEO.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, launches, landing pages, and A/B testing, while analyzing GA4 data, heatmaps, and funnel metrics to drive improvements. Fluent English and German required; 1–2 years in e-commerce; up to 3 days remote per week.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an E-Commerce or Shop Manager in a Shopify-based store.
• Proactive and solution-oriented: you take initiative and propose well‑considered solutions.
• Experience running A/B tests from hypothesis to analysis.
• Comfortable working with data: GA4, funnel analysis, heatmaps, and session recordings.
• Fluent in English and good German; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Shopify store management, including theme adjustments and app configuration.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns with the marketing team.
• Build and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and drive conversions.
• Identify test opportunities from funnel data and manage the A/B test backlog.
• Contribute to CRO strategy and document results for future decisions.
