Job summary

Mustang Cat in Hempstead, TX is seeking a Shop Coordinator to support the Machinery Service Department. You will assist the Service Supervisor with day-to-day shop operations, scheduling repairs, reviewing invoices, and maintaining open lines of communication with customers and technicians.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in dispatching or coordination in a service or repair setting, strong organizational and computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

• 1–2 years of dispatching or coordination experience in a service or repair-related industry.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support shop scheduling and coordinate repairs between teams.
• Review invoices for accuracy and process warranty documentation.
• Monitor production and efficiency, reporting key metrics.
• Manage equipment inventory and assist with shipping & receiving.
• Enforce safety and contamination control practices.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, Product Support Sales Reps, and customers.
• Step in for the Service Supervisor during absences and assist with delegated tasks.

Mustang Cat is actively seeking a Shop Coordinator to support the Machinery Service Department in Hempstead, Texas. In this role, you will assist the Service Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring timely and efficient equipment service, customer communication, and repair coordination.
