Job summary

Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking a personable, sales‑driven individual in Cranberry Township for a part‑time 2nd Assistant Manager role. You will greet customers, drive sales of shoes and accessories, and guide the team on duty to deliver great service.

Responsibilities include handling cash, depositing funds, stocking, and training teammates while maintaining store appearance and guest experience. Flexible scheduling and employee perks accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Want to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
• Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times that you are alone in the store.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Keep things neat and clean in the store.
• Teach others how to do all the things above.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
