Job summary

Caleres offers a dynamic leadership role as a Famous Footwear Sales Lead in our Ohio stores. You’ll foster a welcoming in-store culture, coach teammates on customer connection, and drive sales with a focus on strong service and brand execution.

You’ll manage flexible schedules, mentor associates, and ensure the store runs smoothly with attention to pricing, inventory, and clean, shoppable layouts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Proficient with general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience is preferred.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
