Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead a family-focused shoe store in the United States. You will coach the team, drive sales targets, manage operations, and ensure an engaging in-store experience that reflects our brands and company culture.

You’ll train staff, build talent, and foster a culture of exceptional customer service across the store. You’ll balance staffing, peak times, and seasonal demands while promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring associates feel valued

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Has 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Builds constructive and effective relationships within store teams.
• Demonstrates an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work to meet goals.
• Displays leadership, coaching and communication skills with associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
