Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for Famous Footwear to create an exceptional in-store experience and help customers find the perfect shoes. You will maintain an inviting environment, ensure pricing and stock accuracy, and promote our brands with enthusiasm.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, contribute to a positive team culture, and support store goals with reliable, energetic service. This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a passion for footwear.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication skills with store associates at all levels.
• Able to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of general retail practices.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: you’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running.
