Caleres, owner of Famous Footwear, is seeking a Sales Associate to create engaging customer experiences in-store. You will be part of a team that delivers the Famous Footwear experience, drives sales, and maintains a welcoming environment where customers feel understood and valued.

You’ll help with pricing, stock, and inventory while embodying our culture and values. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and a passion for shoes across our brands.

Competenze

• Build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
