Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to create an engaging, welcoming shopping experience. You will drive friendly customer interactions, share product trends, and help customers find the perfect shoes while embodying the Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in and the store runs smoothly.
