Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Tulsa is seeking a Shoe Department Associate. You will retrieve shoes from back stocks, assist in Men’s, Women’s, and Youth sections, and greet customers with a warm, helpful demeanor to drive sales.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of retail experience. You’ll lift up to 50 pounds, work varied shifts, and benefit from ESOP, 401(k) Roth options, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1–3 months of related retail/sales experience (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Retrieve shoes from back stocks and transport to the staging area.
• Process unpurchased items and customer returns to correct locations.
• Assist in Men’s, Women’s, and Youth shoe departments as needed.
• Engage customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor and offer help.
• Prep and ensure devices and technology are ready before shift.
• Collaborate with Specialty Shop Managers to address urgent needs.
• Perform basic calculations and support inventory accuracy.
• Work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
