Qualifications

• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Exercises independent judgment partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer by delivering stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences.
• Drive sales and communicate effectively with the store team to achieve goals.
