Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in Kalispell, MT to drive the in-store experience and inspire teammates with integrity and drive. You’ll foster a culture of caring and connect with customers, helping them find the right shoes and delivering the Famous Feeling.

You’ll own store operations, coaching selling behaviors, meeting goals, and collaborating with partners to keep the shop clean, organized and fully stocked.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience or related management experience is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire that Famous Feeling by coaching selling behaviors and customer connection.
• Drive sales with accountability and goal achievement.
• Master store operations: pricing, inventory, opening/closing, and cleanliness.
