Caleres is seeking a Sales Lead for Famous Footwear in La Habra, CA to deliver outstanding in-store experiences and coach teammates to embody our Famous Feeling. You will drive sales, manage store operations, and ensure the customer connection remains at the heart of everything we do.

You will leverage retail knowledge to greet customers, recommend perfect fits, and support inventory and visual standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in general retail practices and procedures.
• Some store management or relevant management experience.
• Experience mentoring and motivating associates.
• Ability to multitask and follow direction from store manager.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS or retail software.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales with accountability to goals and store performance.
