SCHEELS is seeking a motivated associate in the United States for a flexible schedule role, typically 9 a.m.–9 p.m., Monday–Saturday and 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Sunday, with an average of 42 hours per week. The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and a strong team ethic.

Starting compensation is $50,000+ annually. SCHEELS offers an ESOP and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, retirement options, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding the sale and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in all selling areas and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are accurately displayed to customers with price tags, stickers, and signage.
• Maintain a professional appearance and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with associates, vendors, and the Scheels Campus.
• Ensure work area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform basic math and understand currency, measurements, and percentages.
