Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. You will keep the environment welcoming, communicate fashion insights, and drive sales while embodying the Famous Footwear culture.

You will ensure daily store operations run smoothly, from pricing to inventory, while helping customers find the perfect fit and demonstrating strong teamwork and flexibility in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store teammates.
• Excellent communication with associates at all levels.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Strong understanding of general retail practices.
