Caleres, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Famous Footwear Sales Associate in South Jordan, UT. You will create welcoming customer experiences, stay informed on fashion trends, and promote the Famous Footwear brand while driving store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion when partnering with Store Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, inventory) are dialed in.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and memorable in-store experiences.
• Drive sales by reviewing store performance and achieving goals.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures with integrity.
• Uplift teammates and assist with training and development when needed.
• Assist customers in finding the right footwear and brands to fit their needs.
