Job summary

You will help customers find the perfect shoes, maintain store standards, and contribute to a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and hungry for our brands. You will work as part of a team, engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service, and uphold store policies while supporting overall sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store associates.
• Positive communication with team at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with guidance from Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
