Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Able to work well in a team and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in and the store runs smoothly.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and help customers find the right styles and brands.
• Review store performance and contribute to sales goals with clear, timely communication.
• Support training and development of teammates and uphold a positive store culture.
