Famous Footwear in Minnesota is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an engaging store experience. You’ll create a welcoming culture, help customers find the perfect shoes, and keep the store clean and organized.

As a team player, you’ll support pricing, shipments, inventory, and daily tasks while promoting our brands and store performance. You’ll stay informed on trends, engage customers, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store running smoothly
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer by delivering stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences
