Famous Footwear in Minnesota is looking for a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering memorable in-store experiences. You’ll create a welcoming environment, assist customers, and keep the store tidy and well stocked while promoting our brands.

You’ll engage customers with product knowledge, participate in daily tasks, and support the store team to meet goals. This role requires flexibility for holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours, plus a positive, inclusive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to communicate positively with teammates at all levels.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace retail operations: pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and readable.
• Engage customers with stellar service, promote product knowledge and drive sales.
• Collaborate with store team to meet goals and uphold brand standards.
• Uphold integrity and participate in training and development as needed.
• Foster an inclusive environment and support teammates on the sales floor.
• Identify customer needs and ensure the perfect shoe fit and experience.
