Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail knowledge and familiarity with store operations preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills for POS and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales with accountability and achieve store goals.
• Own store operations from pricing to inventory and ensure clean, organized floors.
• Open and close the store with attention to procedures and standards.
