Caleres is seeking a passionate Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help shoppers find their perfect fit. You’ll drive store operations, engage customers, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

You’ll be part of a dynamic retail environment, leveraging product knowledge and a friendly, proactive approach to boost sales and brand loyalty across Famous Footwear, Naturalizer, Sam Edelman, and Allen Edmonds stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
