Job summary

Von Maur, Inc. seeks a Shoe Department Manager to lead a high-performing team and uphold America’s Leading Department Store standard of customer service. You will coach associates, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure the shoe department achieves its sales and service goals.

In this role you will train staff, monitor performance, and implement solutions to improve the customer experience. Flexibility to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts is required to succeed.
