NSC Technologies is currently seeking (15) Structural Welders for Day and 2nd shifts in sunny Jacksonville for an exciting project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production welding on ships or in shops to support structural repairs and modernization of marine vessels, including US Naval Vessels, Military Sealift Command, and commercial ships.
• Have 4+ years of Structural Welding experience.
• Understand SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding processes.
• Be able to certify in all positions, including:
• - SMAW Full Penetration weld with permanent backing (ceramic and metal)
• - FCAW Full Penetration weld with permanent backing (ceramic and metal)
• - GMAW Full Penetration weld with permanent backing (ceramic and metal)

Compensation:

Local Rate: $27/hr

Work Environment:

Work in shipyards, aboard vessels, or industrial settings, performing pipefitting tasks on complex marine systems. The role requires precision, safety adherence, and teamwork.
