Job summary

Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding in Sturgeon Bay, WI is hiring a Scheduler I to develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans, posting schedules and reports to Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Program Management and Senior Management. Domestic travel may be required.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree (or equivalent) and 2 years of related scheduling experience, with knowledge of ship construction workflow, EVMS concepts, Primavera, ERP systems, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• 2 years of related scheduling experience required.
• Basic knowledge of ship construction workflow, EVMS concepts, and Primavera preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans.
• Post and report schedules and resource plans as required.
• Maintain baseline and performance metrics within schedule files.
• Communicate with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, PM and Senior Management.
• Travel domestically as needed.
