Job summary

HANWHA PHILLY SHIPYARD, INC is seeking a Project Scheduler/Planner to develop and maintain reporting systems, IMS schedules, and project controls. You will coordinate with Finance, Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting across engineering and procurement progress.

The role requires 1–3 years of ERP/reporting experience, advanced Excel, and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science or Masters of Science in an engineering, math or finance field preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Shipbuilding industries preferred.
• 1-3 years’ work experience with ERP systems and making management reports.
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data tables, VBA.
• Scheduling experience in Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Project Based Engineering and shipbuilding processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Hanwha Philly Shipyard reporting system and dashboards.
• Schedule and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on project progress.
• Coordinate with Finance, Design, Production and Project teams.
• Support BOM ordering by linking BOMs to the Project Hierarchy.
• Prepare periodical reports for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in project control routines and reporting for engineering processes.
