Job summary

Stevens Towing Company, Inc. is seeking a Shipyard Project Manager to lead production on customer equipment at our Yonges Island, SC site. The role focuses on safety, quality, and scheduling while coordinating with supervisors to keep projects on track.

Applicants should have at least five years of production experience and two years in supervision, plus a valid driver’s license and TWIC. This is a full-time, at-will position with responsibilities across shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' production experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and TWIC required.
• Must learn and follow safety rules and PPE policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production work on customer equipment, ensuring quality and safety.
• Coordinate labor and resources to meet schedule and budget.
• Maintain hours, costs, and communicate with management for decision-making.
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
• Promote a safe shipyard environment and support customer requirements.
