Job summary

Armada Inc. seeks a Shipyard Production Worker to support abrasive and non-abrasive coating removal and crew during shipyard operations. You will help prepare surfaces, mix paints, and use hand-held equipment to ready surfaces for recoating on U.S. Navy ships in shipyards and customer facilities.

The role requires following safety protocols, assisting in hot work, maintaining work areas, and supporting material handling and cleanup in a rigorous industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• OSHA-10 certification and forklift certification preferred.
• Firewatch certification required or obtainable through company training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites with team to achieve daily goals.
• Assist painters, blasters and other team members during operations.
