Qualifications

• Supervise a machine shop team and ensure safety and quality.
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Adhere to ISO and OSHA policies and maintain safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all machine shop operations for ship repair and fabrication.
• Oversee schedule, milestones, productivity, and quality against drawings and specs.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, and preventive programs.
• Manage budget, labor, and material usage for shop activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on repair planning and vessel delivery timelines.
• Hire, train, and develop shop personnel; enforce company policies.
