Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree OR Apprentice Certification OR High School plus 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades or military experience OR Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant experience.

• Supervises and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to skill, experience and job knowledge.
• Trains employees to improve quality and productivity and develops training procedures.

• Monitors shifts, job performance and budget to optimize outcomes.
