Job summary

Kawneer Cranberry, an Arconic Company, is hiring Mobile Equipment Operators in Cranberry Township. The role offers 12‑hour shifts (rotating days), mandatory overtime, and a $1000 signing bonus.

Responsibilities include forklift and crane operation, inventory receipt, safety compliance, and quality inspections. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and speak English proficiently.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with warehouse, manufacturing, construction or related environments.

• Basic loading.
• Operate walk‑behind forklift.
• Operate forklift and >1‑ton overhead crane.
• Receive all inventory and MRO materials.
• Maintain certifications for forklift, side loader and crane operation.
• Stack and nest materials safely by hand.
• Use hand tools and other required equipment.
• Perform quality checks and report issues.
• Understand and complete required paperwork and reports.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Train new mobile equipment staff and back up team leader.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Immediate openings for Mobile Equipment Operators in Cranberry Township at Kawneer Cranberry, an Arconic Company. $1000 signing bonus! Positions are available for a 6am‑6pm or 6pm‑6am shift. Each 12‑hour shift rotates days on and off: week 1 36 hr, week 2 48 hr. Mandatory overtime may occur. The position is full‑time.

Responsibilities

• Basic loading
• Operate walk‑behind forklift
• Operate forklift and >1‑ton overhead crane
• Receive all inventory and MRO materials
• Obtain and maintain certification for forklift, side loader and/or crane operation
• Stack and nest all materials safely and properly by hand
• Use hand tools and other required equipment
• Perform all associated quality checks and identify and report quality issues
• Become familiar with all reports and paperwork
• Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments as related to production
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Train new mobile equipment employees and act as backup for the team leader as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Basic:

• Must be able to understand and speak English proficiently
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or other relevant experience for commercial manufacturing
• Operated mobile equipment including forklifts, cranes, side loaders
• JDE, Oracle, or other production software experience
• Experience completing quality inspections
