Job Title: Shipping Warehouse Technician

Location: Oilville, VA

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Warehouse Technician to join our team in Oilville, VA. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations within our shipping department. If you have forklift experience, strong physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and quality, we’d love to have you on board!


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts to stage, move, load, and unload equipment.
  • Prep attachments through washing, drying, grinding, and painting.
  • Retrieve parts using part numbers and handle inventory management.
  • Strap pallets and prepare attachments for shipment.
  • Follow detailed work orders and execute tasks with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Operate an industrial air-powered paint sprayer to apply paint to attachments, ensuring consistency and high quality in every job.
Requirements:
  • Forklift experience and proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Physical endurance to lift 50–75 lbs and work in various conditions, including outdoors.
  • Detail-oriented, task-driven, and proactive.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, including handling chemicals and equipment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Capable of using hand tools, power tools, and air-powered industrial paint sprayers.
