Job summary

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching and developing bargaining unit personnel, improving operations toward best-in-class standards, coordinating with union leaders, enforcing policies, and driving lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, train, develop, direct, counsel and discipline bargaining unit personnel.
• Improve operations toward best-in-class standards in receiving, shipping and inventory control.
• Supervise bargaining unit personnel for efficient manpower utilization and planning.
• Collaborate with union leaders to resolve shop issues and ensure policy compliance.
