Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Shipping Warehouse Operator I in Fenton, MO to support shipping and receiving, generate shipping documents, and ensure accurate bills of lading, packing lists, and pick tickets.

The role requires forklift operation, knowledge of shipment planning and transportation management systems, and proficiency with MS Office. SAP experience is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Shift is Mon-Fri, pay $21.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving processes.
• Knowledge of shipment planning functions and transportation management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Forklift operation experience.
• Knowledge of basic transportation regulations (49 CFR, IATA, IMDG, RCRA).
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and Receiving processing: incoming receipt processing; generation of shipping documents; Bill of Lading; Pick Ticket; Packing List.
• Ensure accurate documentation for shipments and proper labeling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with carriers for on-time delivery.
